Ed Blair, President

Ed has been a school teacher and school principal.  After leaving education in 1980, Ed has started 15 companies in the fields of aviation, petroleum, technology and environmental.   Since 2010 Ed has worked with the YWAM program in Dallas as a volunteer.  

Scott Robson, Secretary/Treasurer

Scott works for a nationally-recognized retained executive search firm in Dallas. He has over 30 years of experience in the business world and over a decade leading, mentoring, and helping men learn how to navigate life’s challenges from a Christian point of view. He is a leader in his community and volunteers for many causes, especially those that serve the poor, the outcast, and the downtrodden. Scott’s wife, Brenda, is an accomplished artist and high school art teacher. They have two children, David and Meagan, whom they adore.     

Deborah Walker, Director

Deborah is one of the top Interior Designers in Dallas doing business across the U.S. along with work in England and the Caribbean Islands.    Deborah has owned her own business for 30 years.   In 2010 Deborah began working with school age girls (called HIS Girl) in the economically disadvantaged area of Dallas. 

Lane Fleming, Director

Lane is currently serving as board chair of Crossfire Ministries of Dallas and also serves as an advocate for women in crisis pregnancies. Along with her husband Ned, she is the parent of two grown daughters and a son. They are involved with several overseas ministries which are dedicated to educating the poor and rescuing young women from the sex-traffiking industry.
